Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work on-site and commit to a full-time schedule.
