A / B Level Automotive Technician – Join the Busiest Shop in Town!

Location : Long Lake, MN

Pay : $30.00 – $35.00 / hour (Based on Skills & Experience)

Bonuses : Make up to $42+ / hour total with production & hybrid bonuses

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (No Weekends!)

What You'll Be Doing :

Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues

Carry out high-quality repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, heating / AC, and other systems

Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to keep vehicles safe and reliable

Communicate clearly with service advisors to ensure customers understand their options

Mentor and support junior techs as they grow their skills

Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-focused shop culture
