The Role

As our Business Operations Manager, you'll be the connective tissue that helps PathSpot run smoothly and strategically. You'll be at the center of our most important initiatives, working directly with leadership and investors to shape how we grow and scale.

What you'll do:

• Drive strategic projects that optimize our daily operations and move the needle on efficiency across the company
• Own end-to-end project management across product, finance, and operations, keeping teams aligned and timelines on track
• Help Leadership turn data into decisions by monitoring key business metrics, analyzing trends, and presenting insights that inform executive strategy
• Solve operational challenges by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable process improvements
• Partner with leadership on planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to hit our strategic objectives
• Help us stay ahead of the curve by tracking industry trends and competitor activities, bringing proactive recommendations to the table
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results on company-wide priorities
• Work from our beautiful downtown Salt Lake City, UT office as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team (Remote applications will not be reviewed)

Who you are:

We're looking for someone who's equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on executor. You might be the right match if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Have successfully managed complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Love working with data, analyzing information and translating it into clear, actionable insights
• Are a natural communicator who can engage effectively at all levels of an organization, including investors
• Familiarity with data analytics tools, CRM/ERP systems, and a readiness to learn new technologies
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to evolving business needs, and energized by the idea of driving continuous improvement and seeing your impact in real time
