A company is looking for an Order Management Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of operations specialists to monitor and manage real-time order performance across multiple fulfillment channels
Own and track operational KPIs, including backlog aging and order processing speed, to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve order issues, improve processes, and maintain scalable SOPs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in order management, fulfillment operations, or supply chain in e-commerce or retail
2+ years of experience managing teams in operational roles
Proficient in order management systems (OMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Data-driven with experience in building and tracking KPIs related to order fulfillment
Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
