We re hiring a Hospitalist to join a small, well-run facility in Memphis. This role is perfect for physicians looking to stay clinically engaged without the grind of long, unpredictable hours. Whether you're semi-retired, balancing multiple roles, or just want more time for life outside the hospital, this could be a great fit.

What You ll Get :

Daytime-only shifts (no nights)

Short shifts just 5 to 6 hours per day

One-location rounding no commuting between sites

Flexible schedule : choose between 1 week / month or a 7-on / 7-off rotation

Supportive environment with minimal chaos

What We re Looking For :

Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Comfortable working independently in a smaller facility
