Are you in search of a stimulating career that allows you to support young people in reaching their full potential? We are hiring for support staff positions! Wings is a residential facility that caters to adolescents struggling with substance use and mental health issues. Consistent transportation and punctuality for all shifts are required. Although a valid driver’s license is preferred, it is not essential. Candidates must agree to a background check and must be at least 19 years of age with a high school diploma.

We are presently seeking candidates for part-time positions, with the potential to increase hours and transition into full-time roles. Residential Support Staff (RSS) are expected to work every other weekend. The available shifts for these positions primarily include evenings and / or overnight hours.

RSS are responsible for the following :

• Being a positive role model to the youth
• Modeling appropriate boundaries at all times with both male and female clients
• Providing dependable, consistent supervision to all clients
• Maintaining communication with others such as counselors, administration, and clients
• Administering medication after being trained by nursing staff
• Documenting client behavior
• Facilitating family visits, phone calls and zoom calls
• Overnight staff does moderate cleaning
• Driving clients to and from outings, recreation, and programming
• Facilitating communication to multi-disciplinary team including residential manager and administration
