COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary : $280K plus incentive programs based on procedures and patient encounters.
  • Sign-on Bonus : $30,000.
  • Benefits : Commence from day one.
  • Vacation : 34 days off annually.
  • CME : 30 hours with a budget of $5,100.
  • Loan Assistance : Offered through NHSC.
  • Residency Stipend : Available.
  • Relocation Assistance : Provided for the move.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

  • Patient Volume : Manage 12+ patients per 8-hour workday with no cap on visits.
  • Call Schedule : 1 : 8 rotation, managed by hospital Triage Service.
  • Procedure Expectations : First assists for obstetrics; C-Section privileges are not available.

    • QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC / BE).
  • Completed obstetrics training.
