Technical or construction management education preferred. 5+ years supervising commercial tenant improvement projects. (Bonus) Experience with medical, dental, and restaurant builds. Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and building codes. Proven track record in site logistics, safety, and quality control. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction scheduling tools (Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project). OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent (preferred).

Position Overview
As a Commercial Construction Superintendent , you'll lead on-site operations for tenant improvement projects-ranging from medical and dental offices to high profile restaurants like Starbucks and Burger King-ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction across the Everett-Tacoma corridor.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight : Direct daily on-site construction activities for tenant improvements (medical, dental, restaurants).
- Scheduling & Budgeting : Coordinate project schedules, manage labor, monitor material deliveries, and uphold budgets.
- Quality Assurance : Enforce BFC Construction's high standards and Class A building qualifications.
- Safety Leadership : Champion OSHA and company safety protocols; conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
- Coordination : Manage subs, vendors, inspectors, and stakeholders; ensure seamless collaboration.
- Client Relations : Interface with clients (e.g., office managers, franchisees) and architects; address needs and maintain positive client experiences.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain daily logs, track project metrics, manage RFIs, and produce progress reports.
- Problem-Solving : Resolve on-site challenges swiftly-whether unforeseen site conditions or scheduling conflicts.
