Location : Primary Care office in 1091 Main St. Buffalo, NY

Position Type : Full-time, Day Shift Monday-Friday, Hybrid (Some days work from home, some days in office each week) - Must live in Buffalo, NY or surrounding areas.

• Phone triage experience highly preferred!

What you will be doing :

Administer general nursing care under the direction of healthcare providers.

Prepare patients for examinations, including preliminary physical tests and interviews.

Handle chart preparation and point-of-care testing.

Administer medications and injections, and collect lab specimens.

Complete prior authorizations for diagnostic testing and medications.

Ensure proper follow-up and communication to avoid unnecessary hospital readmissions.

Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.

Manage clinical supplies, stock, and exam rooms.

Assist in office treatments and examinations.

Deliver top-notch customer service for a positive patient experience.

Additional duties as assigned by management.

Education and experience you need :

New York State LPN license in good standing required. (New graduates will also be considered).

Proven work experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.

Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT Codes, CPR Certification, and strong clinical skills preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with computer proficiency.
