Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist eager to create meaningful change? Patterns Behavioral Services is looking for a dedicated Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist to join our vibrant team at our Orange County clinics in Brea.

What You’ll Do :

  • Conduct engaging screenings and assessments to understand each child's unique needs
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that truly make a difference
  • Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and medical professionals
  • Offer compassionate support and education about speech disorders and disabilities
  • Track progress meticulously and celebrate each milestone achieved

What We’re Looking For :

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in pediatric speech therapy
  • 10-12 hours; 9AM-3PM availability — flexible and part-time!
  • Strong understanding of speech conditions and treatment options
  • Excellent communication skills—coaching, listening, and collaborating with heart
  • Proficiency with healthcare databases and documentation
