Position Overview
As a Route Sales Representative , you’ll be the face of XPRS™ at local retail stores on a dedicated route. You’ll drive a company vehicle, set up and replenish our trendy, high-quality products, maintain displays, and build relationships that drive sales and long-term partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive a company vehicle from XPRS’s upgraded fleet to service a scheduled route of local retail stores
Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products
Maintain accurate inventory levels at each account
Install and maintain product displays, fixtures, and promotional materials
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with store management and staff
Identify opportunities to grow sales and expand product placements
Work independently while remaining part of a motivated and supportive team
Take pride in presenting a strong and professional company image at all times
Schedule & Travel
Schedule : Monday–Friday
Start Time : 7 : 00 a.m.
Hours : Typically ~50 hours per week
Travel : This position requires 2–3 overnights per week with hotel stays
Compensation
Base Pay : $18.00 – $19.00 per hour (hourly, non-exempt)
Estimated Annual Compensation : $50,544 – $59,280
Based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses
Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location

Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Tech-savvy and comfortable with :
Smartphone apps
Microsoft Outlook
Zoom or similar tools
Previous experience in customer service, sales, and / or retail preferred
Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
Physically able to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently
21 years of age or older
Able to rent and operate a rental car through a company-approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits
