Responsibilities

Shift Utilities are trained to safely do a variety of positions within our plant, including :

• Working within a team while assisting in the operation of manufacturing machinery
• Provide flexible support by providing coverage for vacancies across multiple departments throughout the mill
• Conducting quality checks
• Operating forklifts
• General plant operations
• Following Lock Out / Tag Out procedures
• General housekeeping duties
• Troubleshooting machine issues and making recommendations on the process
• You would work a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift rotation, including days and nights
