What You’ll Do as an Entry-Level Management Trainee :

• Support and collaborate with other Entry Level Management Trainee members to create and execute non-profit campaigns for L.E.A.D. (Law Enforcement Against Drugs and Violence).
• Develop innovative strategies to increase donor engagement, boost brand awareness, and support the organization’s mission of creating safer communities.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful results.
• Gain hands-on experience in fundraising and leadership development.
• Participate in ongoing training to succeed professionally and prepare for future leadership roles.
