Responsibilities : Provide direct, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions, such as cardiac failure, sepsis, respiratory distress, and post-surgical complications. Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, neurological status, and overall condition. Administer and manage complex medications, including vasoactive drugs, sedatives, anticoagulants, and pain management therapies. Operate and monitor life-supporting equipment, such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and intra-aortic balloon pumps.
