Full Stack Developer ML Engineer

Build AI features that power real staffing decisions.

We’re hiring an AI Developer with a strong React and Node.js background to build AI driven features and automation for an intelligent staffing platform. You’ll work across LLMs, backend services, and modern front end interfaces to turn messy real world workflows into fast, reliable, production systems.

This role is ideal for engineers who can move between frontend, backend, and AI layers—and enjoy shipping features that make a measurable operational impact.

What You’ll Do

Build AI powered features using OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLMs

Design and develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js

Create and ship React.js interfaces that surface AI insights and workflows

Build end to end AI systems including embeddings, RAG pipelines, and automation flows

Apply prompt engineering, evaluation, and tuning to improve model behavior

Integrate AI workflows with tools like n8n or Zapier

Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver customer facing AI features

Monitor usage patterns and iterate quickly based on real world feedback

Communicate clearly with strong written updates in a remote async environment

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience building production applications with React.js and Node.js

2+ years of hands on experience building with LLMs or ML driven systems

Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js for AI integration workflows

Experience with REST APIs, backend architecture, and production deployment

Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines

Strong product intuition and ability to turn unclear problems into scoped solutions

Comfort working in a fast moving, remote environment with written communication as the norm

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with fine-tuning or custom model training.

Background in marketplaces, automation tools, or workflow-heavy products.
