Qualifications :

• Operate mail inserters sorters finishing and material-handling equipment in a high-volume mailroom.
• Perform mail merges labeling packaging posting and address cleanup (using cleansing software as required).
• Coordinate automated and manual finishing and mailing processes for client materials.
• Implement and maintain mail distribution and tracking systems.
• Manage electronic inputs barcode address quality reviews and posting fulfillment.
• Perform charge-back reporting for postage express local delivery and faxes.
• Handle inbound and outbound mail including receiving sorting recording and delivery / pickup.
• Track trace and resolve mail issues with USPS FedEx and local couriers.
• Perform fulfillment functions such as assembly packaging shipping and tracking of kitted materials.
• Conduct quality checks on outbound mail and validate addresses.
• Operate shipping systems (Pitney Bowes FedEx USPS) and complete shipping forms.
• Perform electronic mail distribution including scanning and digital logging.
• Monitor inventory order supplies and ensure proper maintenance of mail equipment.
• Follow mailroom security protocols and arrange alternative courier / shipping services as needed.
• Train and mentor junior associates on mail operations.
