Kansas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Opportunity

We are hiring a qualified Kansas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work in the school setting for this current school year in Overland Park, Kansas! This is a full time position, following the school district calendar, that pays $20.00 / hour and includes benefits! This is a special education nursing position that may include working with medically fragile children. Interviews are being conducted now - apply today to learn more! The CNA School Aide provides support services in various settings, including one-on-one, classroom support, and health office clinics. Services may include instructional support, personal care, behavioral assistance, and basic health services in the health clinic. This individual works under the supervision of the district school nurse or a clinical designee.

Minimum Requirements :

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant required by state / contract / or client
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
