Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Head of Sales - Fintech - this is a hybrid role in New York. Salary range : 150-200K USD yearly.

Our mission is to transform how money moves. We believe stablecoins will underpin a new financial fabric, one that is faster, more global, and more efficient than today’s siloed systems. That is why we are building AUSD and the stack, a full service platform that makes issuing, managing, and integrating stablecoins seamless – whether you’re a developer, fintech, or institution. With AUSD, stablecoins become programmable, composable, and ubiquitous by default.

We believe digital dollars should be a public good : trusted, accessible, and built for real-world utility. Our mission is to drive adoption through customizable, user-friendly on-ramps that make stable, dollar-based value available on-chain.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We bring the discipline of high-performance finance teams and the creativity of a fast-moving crypto-native startup. We’re a small, mission-driven group of builders who move fast, sweat the details, and hold a high bar for excellence — in product, code, and culture.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit team that values clear thinking, extreme ownership, and high-velocity decision making. We operate in short feedback loops, support one another without ego, and are deeply motivated by the opportunity to build foundational infrastructure for the future of money.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Head of Sales to spearhead our go-to-market strategy and scale our presence across fintech, banking, corporate, payments, and crypto ecosystems. This is a true player-coach role : you will drive strategic enterprise deals and high-impact partnerships, while simultaneously mentor and manage a high-performing sales and partnerships team.

Reporting to the CEO, you will define and execute a combined sales and partnership strategy by cultivating senior level relationships with decisionmakers at financial institutions, fintech platforms, exchanges, wallets, and infrastructure platforms. You’ll structure win-win collaborations, manage key accounts, and influence cross-functional alignment across the company to drive adoption and integration of AUSD and the stack.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5 years of experience leading or executing in the following domains :

Strategic Leadership

Defining and executing a go-to-market strategy targeting fintech, banking, corporate, and payments sectors.

Setting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets while maintaining pipeline health and accurate forecasting.

Designing scalable, data-driven sales processes for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

Implementing top-tier pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analytics.

Team Management & Development

Recruiting, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team experienced with financial institutions and fintechs.

Instilling a culture of accountability, consultative selling, and continuous growth.

Market Engagement & Collaboration

Building and nurturing senior-level relationships with leaders in fintechs, banks, corporates, and payments providers.

Partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to align messaging, pricing, and product-market fit.

Representing the company at industry conferences, events, and client engagements to enhance brand presence.
