Other duties include provide excellent service to customers and team members, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, follow safety procedures and company policies, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, along with coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, maintain accurate records and documentation, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, assist with processing returns and exchanges. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
