Litigation Attorney

A company is looking for a Contract Attorney to provide litigation support on a leave replacement basis.

Key Responsibilities :

Research, write, and prepare litigation-related materials

Review employment agreements and handle contract disputes

Collaborate with the HR / People team on legal issues and engage outside counsel as needed

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in litigation, including employment litigation

Bar admission in any US jurisdiction

Experience with research, writing, and preparing litigation papers

Strong organizational and analytical skills
