Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This entry-level position is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our company databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, typing skills, and basic computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Input various types of data into different health plan EMR's (electronic medical records), company databases, and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Review data for completeness and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors / management.
- Ensure patient information is documented correctly from one EMR to another.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for documents and records
- Scan and upload documents while ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Address basic data-related queries from team members and management.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.1+ year of healthcare or data entry experience.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong Excel skills required, including experience with conditional formatting and Pivot Tables.Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic understanding of data confidentiality and security practices.Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well in a close team environment.Physical Requirements
Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.Capacity to view computer screens for prolonged durations.Pay range
$18—$21 USD
