Position Title : Database Administrator / Developer

Location : Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) (90% Remote, 10% Onsite)

Duration : 6 Months (High potential for full-time conversion)

Position Overview :

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Database Administrator / Developer  for an exciting job in Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid).

Responsibilities :

Upgrade and maintain SQL Database Systems to the latest supported releases.

Provide ITIL-based support for incidents and service requests related to databases, data access, and management.

Monitor, manage, and optimize SQL Database Systems across Microsoft Windows, Network, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Serve as a technical contact for infrastructure-related tasks in application and cloud upgrade projects.

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Servers in an enterprise environment.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL technologies such as Always On Availability Groups (AOAG) and replication .

Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 data platforms .

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
