We’re growing fast and need someone who operates with urgency and energy, connects easily with people, and can turn warm ecommerce leads into happy, paying customers. You’ll be the go-to expert helping shoppers choose high-quality interior and exterior doors, windows, and vanities—both in-stock and custom.

What You’ll Own :

• Engage warm inbound leads via phone, email, web forms, and chat (RingCentral, Shopify)
• Understand what customers really need and recommend the right products
• Close the deal—accurately process and manage orders using our online systems
• Stay on top of your follow-ups and order pipelines using Monday.com
• Deliver professional, helpful communication with homeowners, contractors, and designers
• Coordinate with warehouse and support teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
• Be the product expert—learn key specs, measurements, materials, and configurations so you can confidently guide buying decisions
