Basic computer skills; experience with point-of-sale systems is helpful but not required. Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience is beneficial but not required. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Sloan's Motorcycle & ATV is an established, well known, powersports dealership located in Murfreesboro, TN. We have an immediate need for an experienced, full-time Parts Sales Professional.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Powersports Parts Sales Associate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and powersports equipment and is eager to build a career in the powersports industry. This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on personal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their powersports vehicles.
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
- Manage special orders, follow up on backorders, and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts area and display.
- Develop strong product knowledge across multiple powersports brands and systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
