We are a rapidly growing company and we are looking to add a talented and motivated Venue Manager to our team.

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager for our golf simulator venue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the retail store as well as overseeing the food and beverage service for our customers. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about golf customer service and leadership.

Responsibilities :

Manage all aspects of the retail store including sales inventory merchandising and customer service.

Oversee the food and beverage service including menu development ordering and inventory management.

Hire train and manage a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Maintain a safe clean and organized store environment.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.

Maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and partners.

Qualifications :

At least 3 years of experience in retail management preferably in the sports or food and beverage industries.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.

Knowledge of golf equipment and apparel is a plus.

Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Salary Range : $60K-$70K
