We have an opening for an Accounting Intern at our headquarters in Lake Forest.

Responsibilities include :

  • Support month end close activities, including journal entry preparation and balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Learn to navigate business-related software programs (Oracle ERP, Oracle ARC).
  • Analyze data and processes.
  • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Communicate project results to management via oral presentations and written reports.

    • Educational Requirements / Qualifications :

  • Must be a currently enrolled college student majoring in Accounting, Finance or other applicable major and completed sophomore year.
  • A minimum grade point average of 3.0 / 4.0 is required. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

    • Abilities / Skills :

  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • High energy with demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
  • Candidate must display maturity and a high level of professionalism.

    • COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Starting hourly range for this position : $25.00 - $30.00 depending on your academic year.
  • Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions .
