A company is looking for an HR Technology Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Address escalated service tickets related to complex Workday issues and conduct testing of changes
Identify, validate, and test business process and configuration changes for improvements
Provide advisory services to management regarding system requirements and maintain awareness of HRMS trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 years of experience in at least three Workday modules
Understanding of HR operations and experience with HR data
Experience with Canadian compliance and configuration rules
