SCOPE OF POSITION : Design and facilitate an age-appropriate outdoor education plan for campers that exposes them to new experiences that will develop leadership and outdoor skills.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE :

• Minimum High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Preferred valid Driver’s License.
• 2 seasons of summer camp experience or 1 year in equivalent work required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a Valid or Capable of obtaining Oregon Food Handlers card.
• Have a Valid or Capable of obtaining AED, Red Cross or equivalent CPR and First Aid certification.

The Salvation Army does have a dress code. This will be shared with you at the time of employment.

The candidate chosen for this position must have a valid driver’s license, have an acceptable driving record. The candidate will be required to pass a motor vehicle record check and the TSA Motor Vehicle training.
