ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement strategies that ensure operational activities align with ReadyOne’s cultural behaviors of accountability, diversity, honesty, collaboration, empathy, innovation, passion, and effective communication.
- Adhere to and execute company policies and procedures while driving continuous improvement across all operational processes.
- Set-up outgoing shipments.
- Monitor inventory in Print Shop and assist in minor repairs on printers.
- Pull orders the production supervisors request on sundries inventory and keep inventory control on all sundries in warehouse using WMS.
- Data entry all inventory received and released to the line.
- Control all inventory for special projects.
- Verify all items and quantity received matching packing slip to Purchase Orders, partner with Purchasing in notifying on any differences on packing slips and turns in receivers to A / P and send copies to Purchasing dept.; keep a physical count to ensure accuracy of inventory.
- Communicate with Line Supervisors on all daily sundries’ requests; arrange and control the organization of goods in the warehouse. Monitors frequent physical count to ensure accuracy of inventory and notifies purchasing dept of any shortages in warehouse.
- Keep an ongoing inventory of Print Shop supplies, replace small parts on printer as needed.
- Assist with the unloading of liner and shell fabric trailer.
- Verify packing slip that all rolls of fabric are accounted for.
- Partner with Warehouse Shipping Manager to assist in preparation of paperwork and shipment by quantity, weight and size on all outgoing shipments.
- Conduct weekly and monthly sundries audits for inventory accuracy.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed on the job analysis are representative of the skill, and / or ability required.
Education : High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Experience : forklift operator experience desired; shipping / receiving; packing in related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specific Skills : Knowledge of shipping and receiving clerical functions. English proficiency preferred.
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc. : Forklift operator desired.
Other Skills and Abilities : English proficiency preferred / Spanish proficiency helpful. Effective oral and written communication skills required. Proficient in MS Office.
Physical Demands : Required to stand for up to or more than 8 hours and walk. Frequently sits, bends, kneels, and reaches out with hands / arms. Must be able to lift / move up to / more than 25 Pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Work Environment : Factory and warehouse environment.
