We are seeking a water law/environmental attorney to work with our talented real estate pracitices group. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills maintaining a client-focused approach to their cases.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should have 8+ years experience in handling matters pertaining to water rights adjudication, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Experience with environmental, natural resources, and corporate law would be helpful. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hardworking, be a good communicator, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar or be willing to become a member of the Utah Bar.
