A company is looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to support its IT Service Delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound client calls and create support tickets
Coordinate and monitor service tickets, providing updates to clients
Act as a client advocate to ensure high satisfaction and follow up on outstanding issues
Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Information Systems or 2+ years of relevant experience
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ticketing systems
Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is preferred
Familiarity with IT service workflows and incident prioritization is preferred
