Windows Server and Networking Engineer

Salary : $48,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements :

• Proficient knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, Apple Mac, Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 operating systems.
• Proficient understanding of Active Directory, IP, DNS, DHCP, and Hyper-V.
• Comfortable working with various routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Experience with 3CX Phone System administration and support.
• Familiarity with SIP trunk providers (such as Flowroute and QuestBlue) and VoIP fundamentals.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot SBCs, call flows, QoS, NAT / firewall rules, and VoIP network performance issues.
• Experience in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various network hardware and software applications.
• Background in installing and configuring Windows systems, service packs, and general PC setup.
• Understanding of PC hardware configurations including memory upgrades, hard drive replacements, and resolving minor printer issues.

In this role, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential, along with the capacity to manage client relationships and deliver timely technology solutions. Candidates should be flexible, team-oriented, and willing to provide on-call support on a rotational basis, including weekends and evenings as needed.
