Staff SAP ABAP Developer

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. What Youll Do :

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and leadership skills demonstrating the ability to engage with business leads and outsourced managed services partners to deliver business objectives effectively. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of SAP S / 4HANA 2021 and higher along with expertise in various development tools and methodologies.

• Collaborate with business leads and outsourced managed services partners to prioritize and deliver business objectives on the SAP platform.
• Lead the development and implementation of SAP solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Manage and oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies including SCRUM.
• Utilize tools such as Confluence JIRA CPGRC ServiceNow Eclipse and BAS to support project management and development activities.
• Develop and maintain custom code using ABAP CDS RAP BADI FIORI and ODATA within the SAP S / 4HANA 2021 or higher environment.
• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Ensure the quality and performance of SAP solutions through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge skills and experience.
