Insurance Defense / General Liability Attorney

A dynamic and growing litigation boutique law firm with a national practice is seeking a confident Associate Attorney with 2-6 years of litigation experience in civil defense and insurance coverage. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of highly respected litigators who handle complex matters across industries and jurisdictions.

About the Role

• Civil Defense Litigation : Assist in defending clients in a wide range of matters, from personal injury claims to complex commercial disputes. Responsibilities include case management, client reporting, written discovery, depositions, court appearances, trial preparation, and trials.
• Insurance Coverage : Conduct research and writing on complex coverage and bad faith issues. Support insurers in coverage litigation, including defending against bad faith and unfair practices claims.
• Collaboration : Work closely with experienced partners and colleagues who bring "AmLaw 100" quality service in a boutique setting.
