What You'll Be Doing

Operate Hal Unit equipment to process and transport aggregate materials efficiently

Monitor system performance and make adjustments to maintain optimal output

Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks

Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations consistently

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial equipment safely and effectively

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Capacity to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and apply new processes and technologies

Clear communication and teamwork skills

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
