Automotive Store Manager

We have elevated our operational standards by providing consistent coaching, conducting detailed repair order audits, and offering comprehensive phone training for our store managers. Our strong back-office team actively supports sales efforts in the field, ensuring every Meineke location delivers exceptional service and performance to our customers.

Meineke is currently seeking an experienced store manager to join our high-volume, full-service automotive repair center. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a proven track record of driving repeat customer sales, excel at solving complex problems, and take pride in delivering high-quality, timely work.

• Oversee the daily operations of the Meineke center.
• Supervise, lead, and develop team members.
• Drive sales growth and profitability.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective issue resolution.
• Manage inventory, parts, and merchandise.
• Maintain and uphold Meineke’s safety and operational standards.

• General knowledge of the automotive industry.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive service writer.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team or staff.
