Location : Gainesville, FL
Schedule : Full-Time | Night Shifts (Rotating Weekends)Compensation & Incentives
- 2 Years of Experience : $30.69 / hr
- 5 Years of Experience : $33.71 / hr
- 17+ Years of Experience : $43.20 / hr
- Sign-On Bonus : $20,000
- Relocation Assistance : Available on a case-by-case basis
Position Overview
Join a fast-paced Observation / Med-Surg Unit where no two shifts are the same. This high-acuity unit frequently serves patients presenting with chest pain and other urgent needs, making it an excellent environment for experienced RNs who thrive in dynamic, team-oriented settings with rapid patient turnover.Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience in Observation, Med-Surg, or Emergency Room settings (within the past 4 years)
Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 90 days of hire)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or RN Diploma
Basic Life Support (BLS) - required within 30 days of employment
