Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with development teams throughout the software life cycle ensuring sustainable software releases.
- Perform hands on management of cloud infrastructure and automation tools.
- Document cloud architecture, security measures, and participate in client audits.
- May provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area on automation technologies, and collaborate with other cloud support teams that support the overall organization.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all cloud services consumed by the business.
- Lead performance testing, chaos engineering, and remediation efforts for continual improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Execute large-scale Genesys Cloud projects, including major upgrades, migration and new feature rolloutsProvide expert level support and guidance for complex technical challenges, including troubleshooting, systems integrations and performance tuningMentor and lead other engineers fostering a collaborative environment by providing technical guidance and supporting professional development within the team.Accountable for the Contact Center implementation and support during all stages of the project life cycleAbility to communicate clearly, both verbal and written, with internal team, other IT teams, Customers, Clients and PartnersAbility to work unscheduled hours in case of emergency work / outagesFollow department implementation standards and Change control processesAnalyze existing and new voice and data networks (as needed) and recommend solutionsCreate / modify artifacts and deliverables, including the change management processMinimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Job Specific Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a Telecommunication / Computer Engineering / Computer Science, Computer Technology / or related discipline5 years relevant experience required; 6+ years preferredExtensive experience with Genesys Cloud, including advanced configuration, architecture design and systems integrationsAbility to develop and execute a strategic technology vision that aligns with and supports business goalsStrong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring senior technical teamsGood technical problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in troubleshooting challenging configurationsCall flow development experience in Genesys Architect toolSoftware : Wireshark, MS Server, DHCP / DNS, MS Hyper-V, VMWare ESXi, MS Visio, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Email (MS Outlook)Software Development experience in Java and C#.NET, Python, PHP, web application development scripting, tools and methodsAbility to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing with sensitivity to the audience and content of discussionPreferred Skills and Qualifications :
