Position : Behavioral Health Marketer

Location : Phoenix Metro Area (East & West Valley)

Role : Field-Based with Flexibility

As we continue to grow in Arizona, we’re looking for an Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator to expand our network in Phoenix, represent our mission, and make sure families know GreenLight ABA is here for them.

What You’ll Do

• Develop trusted relationships with pediatricians, Daycare Centers, healthcare providers, and community leaders
• Organize and represent GreenLight at events, meetings, and school / community visits
• Ensure new referrals are connected to our intake team quickly and efficiently
• Partner with our clinical team to support smooth family onboarding
• Identify creative opportunities for outreach and visibility
• Track activities and share insights that shape strategy and growth
