Program Analyst, Mid

As a Program Analyst, you will support the continued development of a maritime industrial base. You will support analyses on supply chains of critical systems to provide recommendations for optimization. You will collaborate directly with suppliers and the U.S. Navy to implement changes and monitor progress while identifying further risks to production schedules and quality. You will support other cross-functional teams in this area performing similar work. You will develop plans and assessments to help critical suppliers increase production of critical parts to support Navy systems.

You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders around the world to work collaboratively to improve communication and workflow. You thrive on supporting a winning team and are eager to develop your acquisition, program management, and logistics expertise. You have a direct finger on the pulse of the policies, guidelines, and procedures required to ensure quality and cost control across a Navy major program office.

You Have :

• 2+ years of experience with logistics policy, supply chain operations, process improvement planning, and project support
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams in supply chain optimization, risk mitigation, or strategic sourcing initiatives
• Experience with DoD sustainment, logistics, or production, including active duty and NAVSEA Program Office support for weapon systems equipment
• Ability to travel to supplier sites up to 30% of the time, with higher tempo near start of employment
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
