Job Title : Bilingual Title Processor (English / Spanish)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Title Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and professionals in both languages. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of real estate / title industry practices, and the ability to manage multiple files while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities :

Review purchase agreements, contracts, and loan documentation for accuracy and completeness

Order and review title commitments, lien searches, estoppels, and other required documents

Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and clients in both English and Spanish throughout the transaction process

Assist in clearing title issues by obtaining releases, subordinations, affidavits, or other required documentation

Prepare closing documents, settlement statements, and other transaction-related paperwork

Coordinate and schedule closings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations and guidelines

Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with company policies

Qualifications :

Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is required

Previous experience in title processing, closing coordination, or a related real estate / title role preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills in both languages

Proficiency with title software and Microsoft Office Suite
