Position Summary

The Clinical Director provides overall clinical leadership for home care services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting the agency’s business plan. This role supervises clinical staff and ensures delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage referrals, assessments, care plans, recertifications, service coordination, and discharge planning.

• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, aides, and other clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance oversight.

• Conduct home visits, clinical reviews, and staff competency evaluations.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

• Assist office staff with recruitment, scheduling, and problem resolution.

• Maintain RN licensure and participate in continuing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related 4-year degree preferred.

• Current RN license in the state of practice.

• Minimum 2 years RN experience, including at least 1 year in home health and supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits:
