  • The Account Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the recommended go-to-market strategy for each account. She / he is also responsible for driving agreed forecasted and budgeted sales volumes. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

    Responsibilities

    • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
    • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
    • Visit customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
    • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
    • Evaluate and prioritize the business potential when bringing on-board new accounts in the United States.
    • Recommend the best go-to-market strategy and implementation to maximize the sales opportunities for Evernex
    • Manage all aspects of the account forecasting requirements to deliver account budgets and objectives in line with overall objectives
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Forecast and track key account metrics.
    • Enhance the department's and organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
    • Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product.
    • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
    • Qualifications

    • 5+ years of directly relevant experience in the same or very related industry
    • Previous sales experience in hardware services (servers, storage, and network environment) or in IT solutions
    • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
    • Persuasive communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
    • Positive relationship building skills cultivates and nurtures customer relations
    • Diplomacy and organization skills
    • Willingness and ability to travel as needed without impediment
    • This is a remote position.
