Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization. Experience with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD) and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis. Knowledge of various manufacturing processes such as machining assembly and automation. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) Familiarity with ERP (e.g. SAP Oracle) or MES systems Hands-on experience with robotics programming or advanced automation systems

Salary Range : $75000 - $114000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot production issues identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Develop and implement tooling fixtures and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities and improve ergonomics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on yield cycle time reduction and waste elimination.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation including work instructions process flows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition from design to production.
- Collaborate with design quality and production teams to resolve technical challenges and implement engineering changes.
