The Opportunity

ViewFi is growing rapidly and seeking a Physical Therapist to provide remote rehabilitative care to patients via video calls and asynchronous communications. The ViewFi Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients’ physical therapy concerns, utilizing ViewFi’s evidence-based rehabilitation clinical practice guidelines, to ensure successful delivery of comprehensive rehabilitative and wellness services to ViewFi clients, and patients. Using their clinical skills combined with state-of-the-art ViewFi Technology, the physical therapist facilitates a best-in-class patient experience providing superb rehabilitative care. The 3 pillars that drive ViewFi PT are : 1) evidence-based practice 2) clinical expertise and 3) patient values.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for operational efficiency, resource utilization, content development, and implementing quality assurance initiatives.

ViewFi is seeking a strong orthopedic or sports medicine clinician who thrives in a cutting-edge environment. Analytical and critical thinking are essential to success. The ViewFi Physical Therapist is curious and empathetic, with highly developed clinical and communication skills, and is comfortable collaborating with a cross-functional team of clinicians and professionals.

Your Mission

• Practice within the scope of physical therapist licensure
• Conduct video, synchronous and asynchronous physical therapy evaluations and treatments with patients utilizing ViewFi technology
• Follow evidence-based ViewFi clinical guidelines to gather subjective and objective information and formulate comprehensive plans of care
• Document all patient encounters completely and appropriately
• Educate patients using teach-back, written, pictorial, audio, and visual means to ensure patient comprehension and enhance patient compliance with the plan of care
• Serve as a liaison between clinicians and the product development team to optimize the user experience
• Facilitate and implement quality and process improvement initiatives to ensure best-in-class patient experience
• Provide insight on workflow efficiency and propose creative solutions to bottlenecks, concerns, or challenges
