Team of winners / high performers Successfully handle and deliver packages on time Follow all local & state laws, road / driving regulations, and Company policies Safely deliver packages to customers located in residential neighborhoods and schools Safely and cooperatively engage with coworkers, management and vendors / third-parties Safely and professionally interact with customers and the general public while delivering packages to residential, retail, and business locations Carry out a series of instructions and handle company property without constant supervision Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in / out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Fuel vans daily Maintain van cleanliness Assist in recruitment efforts as needed Military veterans are welcome! $19.00 / hour (paid biweekly) Full- and part-time availability Minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment (unless seasonal) Shifts are 9 : 10 AM-5 : 40 PM (8-10 hour shifts are typical) Operational 7 days / week Weekends are worked Black-out periods (no PTO usage) for busy times : 2 weeks in July and October, & from Black Fri through New Year's Must be at least 18 years of age Must be authorized to work in the United States Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana) Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills Available to work weekends and holiday shifts (NO EXCEPTIONS) Schedule is published weekly Be able to squat, walk, and lift for at least 8 hours Tech savvy value SAFETY first and foremost customer satisfaction driven responsible efficient reliable & punctual adaptable to new processes able to work possible overtime, if needed okay with non-consecutive days off (safety reasons, explained in interview) operate with integrity welcome physically demanding work have a strong work ethic team oriented, NOT selfish thrive on fast-pace environment have urgency despise laziness solution-oriented, NOT excuse-oriented Medical, vision, and dental Insurance for FT employees (after 30 days of successful employment) After qualifying period, 401(k) and up to 4% matching No delivery experience necessary Paid time-off Direct deposit Delivery trucks provided Encourage personal and professional self-development / growth Tuition reimbursement of up to $5250 / year (after qualifying period) Reimbursement for childcare, elder care, and pet care of up to $600 / year (ask for more details) Upwards Care reimbursement of up to $150 per quarter on qualified receipts Monthly cell phone reimbursement (limited amount) Workplace snacks, water, and coffee Delivery Vehicle & Gas Handheld technology Uniforms Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment 10-hour shift 8-hour shift Holidays Weekends as needed On the road
