[job_card.job_description]Significant experience estimating concrete work (structural, flatwork, site concrete, etc.) Proven track record of winning bids, we will verify past project wins Strong relationships with general contractors in the region preferred Ability to work independently and manage your own bid pipeline Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software Excellent communication and negotiation skills
We're looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team and help drive growth through winning work.
What You'll Do
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare competitive bids for concrete scopes on commercial, industrial, and public projects (including schools and government work)
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and project owners
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope with GCs to close deals
- Manage bid follow-up from submission through award
- Collaborate with our existing estimating and operations team to ensure accurate project handoffs
