We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our insurance agency. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the agencys staffing needs. This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, identifying potential candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and a passion for finding and cultivating talent.

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles, including sales agents, customer service representatives, and administrative positions.
- Source potential candidates through online platforms, networking events, career fairs, and industry-specific channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely communication and updates to all parties.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
- Manage job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and recruitment agencies to enhance the talent pool.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
