Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles, including sales agents, customer service representatives, and administrative positions.
- Source potential candidates through online platforms, networking events, career fairs, and industry-specific channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely communication and updates to all parties.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
- Manage job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and recruitment agencies to enhance the talent pool.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.Strong knowledge of talent acquisition techniques and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with insurance industry roles and licensing requirements is a plus.
