Director of Card Capabilities

Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Duties include :

• Leading a high-performing team to revolutionize card capabilities for Solutran, Health Benefits Accounts, and Prepaid businesses
• Driving innovation and strategic direction within our Card Operations Capabilities function
• Responsible for leading multiple functions - capabilities development, reporting and data insights, and strategic initiatives
• Crafting and executing a multi-year strategy for card operations capabilities, aligning with the evolving needs of diverse business lines
• Establishing and enhancing key product capabilities within the card operations function
• Identifying and prioritizing product improvements to meet customer needs and market demands
• Fostering a culture of innovation within the team, empowering them to identify and implement cutting-edge solutions for card operations
• Leading cross-functional teams in executing strategic projects that drive operational excellence and deliver tangible business results
• Identifying and solving complex challenges related to product features, functionalities, and vendor partnerships
• Leveraging data analytics to optimize processes, mitigate risks, and ensure uninterrupted operations
• Empowering the team by providing direction, coaching, and professional development opportunities
• Establishing clear performance metrics and fostering accountability for achieving strategic objectives
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders (product management, IT, customer service) to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives

Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S. 15% Domestic Travel required.

Requirements :

Rate of pay : $214,053 - $240,450 per year
