Director of Card Capabilities
Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Duties include :
- Leading a high-performing team to revolutionize card capabilities for Solutran, Health Benefits Accounts, and Prepaid businesses
- Driving innovation and strategic direction within our Card Operations Capabilities function
- Responsible for leading multiple functions - capabilities development, reporting and data insights, and strategic initiatives
- Crafting and executing a multi-year strategy for card operations capabilities, aligning with the evolving needs of diverse business lines
- Establishing and enhancing key product capabilities within the card operations function
- Identifying and prioritizing product improvements to meet customer needs and market demands
- Fostering a culture of innovation within the team, empowering them to identify and implement cutting-edge solutions for card operations
- Leading cross-functional teams in executing strategic projects that drive operational excellence and deliver tangible business results
- Identifying and solving complex challenges related to product features, functionalities, and vendor partnerships
- Leveraging data analytics to optimize processes, mitigate risks, and ensure uninterrupted operations
- Empowering the team by providing direction, coaching, and professional development opportunities
- Establishing clear performance metrics and fostering accountability for achieving strategic objectives
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders (product management, IT, customer service) to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives
Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S. 15% Domestic Travel required.
Requirements :
